Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

We follow a limited and conditional return and refund policy. Products may be eligible for return within 1–5 days from the date of delivery. All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by the Mummly team. We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. Refunds are not guaranteed and are processed only after review and approval. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 1–7 business days after approval. Mummly reserves the sole discretion to approve or reject any return or refund request.

Damaged or Defective Products

All products undergo strict quality checks prior to dispatch. In case a product is reported as damaged or defective, the issue must be reported within the applicable 1–5 day return window. Any return or refund request for such products is subject to verification and approval by Mummly. No exchange will be provided for damaged or defective products. Approval of any refund remains at the sole discretion of Mummly.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped by our Delivery Service Partner

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Mummly is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. In such cases, no refund or replacement will be issued.
