Where Do You Ship?

We ship PAN India catering to over 27,000 pin codes. However, there may be some PIN codes that may not be serviceable by our shipping partners.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Orders are dispatched within the next working day of placing your order. Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 days of the date of dispatch. However, delivery timelines may vary based on your location. All deliveries will be made to the shipping address you provided at the time of placing the order.

What If the Product Is Received in Damaged Condition?

If you think you have received the product in a damaged condition, please email us at support@mummly.com and mentioning your Order ID.

Please also share an image of the condition in which you received the product.

How Is My Order Shipped?

Your order will be handpicked and carefully packed from our warehouse or partner warehouses. Once it is ready, one of our shipping partners will pick up the package for delivery. You will receive tracking details via SMS and/or email. The delivery partner may contact you upon arrival.

Pre-orders

For pre-order items, shipping timelines are not confirmed. The product will be shipped once it is back in stock, usually within 30 days of the order date.
